Wink Ewing joined the Newmark Knight Frank Mid-Atlantic team in 2012 and has 10 years of experience in investment properties. With over $600 million in transactions focused in Virginia, he has cultivated many long-lasting relationships. He was instrumental in forming the Central Virginia Multi-Housing Group at CBRE, where he specialized in multifamily transactions and structuring 1031 exchanges. Wink recently opened Newmark Knight Frank Mid-Atlantic’s office in Richmond and will also cover Hampton Roads, Charlottesville and Southwest VA. He is a licensed broker in the state of Virginia and studied Real Estate Finance and Investment at NYU.
Carter Wood joined Newmark Knight Frank’s Multifamily Capital Markets Investment Sales team as an associate in 2019. Based in Richmond, Virginia, Carter works with Senior Managing Director Wink Ewing to provide investment sales services in Richmond, Hampton Roads, Charlottesville and Southern Virginia. Carter previously held a similar position in the Richmond office of Colliers International, where his involvement in more than $250 million of transactions provided him with a thorough understanding of the central and southern Virginia markets. Carter was also an integral member of the Colliers East Region Multifamily team, where his main role was to expand market share throughout Virginia.
